and then use this deposit system when we have decided on a date and time

IF I CANCEL FOR ANY REASON, you are fully entitled to a full refund for your booking, unless you would like to reschedule, we can use your deposit for an alternate date / time.

I work from private spaces, not walk-in tattoo shops, and so the Address for your reservation will be sent directly to you, closer to the date of your appointment
